Before the build starts, we'll agree the page structure and what is included so you know exactly what you're getting.

A page is normally a substantive customer-facing page on your website, such as your Home, About, Contact, Services, individual service pages, Reviews, Projects or Gallery pages.
Essential system or legal pages aren't there simply to use up your allowance. We'll agree your proposed website structure before the build begins so everything is clear.

Yes. If your requirements fit within the Business Website package, the website build is £1,397.

If you request additional pages, specialist functionality or something outside the package, I'll explain the additional cost before carrying out the work.

There shouldn't be a surprise invoice at the end of the project.

You'll need to provide the core information about your business, services and anything specific that needs to appear on the website.
I'll help organise that information into a sensible website structure and make sure the pages are presented clearly.
If you need additional content created for particular pages, we can discuss that separately before the project begins.

If you already have good-quality photographs of your business, team, premises, products or work, I'd normally recommend using them wherever possible because they make the website more authentic.
Where appropriate, we can also use suitable licensed stock imagery or other visual assets to support the design.
We'll discuss what imagery is available when planning the website.

The timescale depends on the size of the website, the content required and how quickly the information and feedback needed for the build are provided.
Rather than promise every website within an unrealistic fixed timescale, I'll give you an expected schedule when we've discussed your project and know what's involved.
I'll also let you know what I'll need from you before work begins.

Yes. If you already have a website, I'll look at what you have before recommending the best approach.

There may be useful content, pages, rankings or other elements worth retaining rather than automatically starting again.

If a redesign or refresh makes more sense, I'll explain the options before we proceed.

It doesn't mean I'm promising that your website will immediately rank at the top of Google. If you'd like to develop your visibility further after launch, we can look at additional service pages, location content, blogs and other appropriate options.

Yes. Once the agreed project has been completed and paid for, the website I've built for your business is yours.
You're not renting a website from AM Web Design & SEO or tied into an expensive website contract simply to keep it.
If you choose my Website Care service, that's for the ongoing hosting, maintenance and support rather than ownership of the website itself.

You can simply leave the technical side with me.

My Website Care service is £25 per month and covers your website hosting, maintenance, updates and ongoing technical support.

It also means you've got someone familiar with your website to contact if you need help rather than having to work everything out yourself.

Additional service pages, location pages, blogs, FAQ content and smart enquiry systems can all be added as your business develops.

If you already know that you need considerably more than 12 pages, it may make more sense to look at the Large Website package from the outset. I'll help you work out the most appropriate option rather than simply recommending the most expensive package.
