Prior to starting any project, after purchaing via the website all the details will be made clear to the client via meeting or call so that they fully understand what is happening and what they are agreeing to before the actual development of the website or marketing. b. Partial Refunds: If we have initiated work on your project but have not reached the agreed-upon project milestones, we may provide a partial refund based on the work completed and resources utilized up to that point. The refund amount will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
